Twin sister alt-pop duo Ellie and Louise Macnamara, also known as Heathers, are excited to announce the release of an exciting new remix of their single Call Home by Irish producer John Kelly (aka One Million Chapters)

The original version of Call Home was a significant hit on streaming services worldwide with placements on many key playlists including Spotify’s Women of Pop, The Pop List and many more. John Kelly who loved the original track, decided to work on a remix and approached the girls at the end of 2018. Heathers liked his treatment of the song so much they decided to release the track in early 2019 as a precursor to another possible remix and maybe even some new Heathers material later in the year.

“We were recently sent a remix of our song Call Home by a wonderfully talented young Irish producer One Million Chapters and we loved it so much, we've decided to release it. With Ellie moving back to Ireland from NYC very soon, we thought it was the right time! Get your ears ready”, said Louise Macnamara of the band.

Heathers found instant international success with their first album Here, Not There, an acoustic-only project released through Warner Music Ireland in 2010 and featured the #1 hit “Remember When.”  Their popularity in the US continued to rise after two summer tours and support from heavyweights such as legendary DJ and producer David Guetta and film and television producer, screenwriter, director, actor and composer JJ Abrams. Heathers went on to sign a worldwide deal with Universal Music Publishing in London for the release of their second album Kingdom. The sisters have been working on other projects for the last 2 years, with Ellie being based in NYC and Louise in Dublin, but they are both back in the same city in 2019 and there might just be some plans to make new music together.
